The Leader's Message

The PACC is working to be the largest most influential dog advocacy in the United State.  We are committed to working with dog rescues, as well as actively passing laws specifically related to dogs.  The PACC is made of 100% volunteers.  We are currently going through rapid growth and changes.  I have been a member of PETA, ASPCA, and the National Humane Society.  I have come to the conclusion that these agencies are not serving the best interests of dogs, - an animal that is truly a man's best friend.  Although there is over a combined 300 billion dollars donated per year to animal protection agencies, very few meaningful laws have been created to protecting dogs.  This is because their focus is not just on dogs.  This is not acceptable due to the fact that 85% of these donations come from dog owners.  The PACC is soon going to be the largest and most powerful dog protection agency in the world.  I am not suggesting that dogs are as important as human beings, but I do believe that they deserve the right to be treated with respect and live with dignity.  This endeavor of mine has been in the making for the past 10 years.  I do not want to make one dollar from this organization.  This agency (soon to be an official non-profit) will not be for anyone's monetary gain!...but for the gain of man's best friend...the Dog.  I did not choose this path.  A very powerful inspiration in my soul has awakened me, - and made me strong, so that I can protect the weak.  This is what my calling is to be in life, and will be - to protect man's best friend.

"God has made many of us strong, that we may protect the weak.  We shall make a PACC to show no mercy toward the merciless"

Mission:  To be  not just the voice for dogs, but to be the "Voice of Dogs."  No matter how big or how small, dogs are in need and deserve to have their voice heard.  This will first be accomplished through legislation and  passing laws to protect man's best friend.  To protect dogs from not only law makers, but to also protect dogs from owners that do not have the dogs best interests at heart. To create laws that will ensure a safe and productive life for all dogs on this planet.

Vision:  To create a powerful alliance of citizens and law makers that value and understand what it means to be a steward of God's animals and who will be dedicated and committed to prevent dog abuse and misuse.
